Vita Cabinetry proudly offers this Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original residential purchaser. We warrant our cabinetry to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the cabinets are initially installed.
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased and used for standard residential purposes within the United States.
This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the first owner. Warranty claims cannot be made directly to Vita Cabinetry by the consumer. All claims must be submitted to the authorized builder, dealer, or distributor where the items were originally purchased. A dated proof of sale is required to process any claim.

If a warranted product is no longer available, Vita Cabinetry will attempt to replace the defective part with a similar style currently offered, but we are not responsible if the replacement does not exactly match the previously installed product.
Because wood is a natural material, variations in color, grain pattern, and overall characteristics are expected. Changes as the wood ages are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects. Furthermore, minor gaps or hairline cracks that develop in door joints due to environmental shifts are not covered.
Door warpage is only covered under this warranty if it exceeds 1/2″. Before requesting a replacement, the door must be placed on a completely flat surface to verify the extent of the warp.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO FIVE (5) YEARS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE, THE DURATION OF ORIGINAL HOMEOWNERSHIP, ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE FOR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS, OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS LESS. VITA CABINETRY SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, OR COSTS (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS).
Your Vita cabinetry is built from solid wood and premium materials and finished to perform for many years. With routine care and a few simple precautions, the finish, hardware, and structure will retain their beauty and function throughout the life of the cabinets.
